2008 CLUB PIPE

A Flat Top, Bamboo Shank Billiard with an Ambroid Stem. This is some of the very last Ambroid stem stock from the late Andreus Baur, the Austrian pipe maker famous for his distinctive meerschaums. Julius aquired all his remaining stem stock and has used it on a limited number of his fine pipes. This stem material generally adds $250 to the price of a Vesz pipe. He has agreed to use this remaining material as a favor to several of his friends in our club. For this reason, this Club Pipe is limited to 24 pipes. The bamboo is pinned to both the stummel and the stem.The pipe is Circle 3 Handcut grade and is retail at over $400.
